The New York Structural Biology Centre (NYSBC) and Syncell have partnered to establish the Optoproteomics centre of excellence. This initiative will be an integral component of the newly formed NYSBC Proteomics Core, featuring Syncell's innovative Microscoop platform.
The partnership between NYSBC and Syncell in establishing the Optoproteomics centre of excellence aims to advance structural biology by using Syncell's technology to identify neighbouring proteins associated with a target of interest, particularly at the protein complex level.
This collaboration is anticipated to unlock new insights into the intricate world of protein interactions, contributing to scientific advancement, healthcare, and medical breakthroughs. Moreover partnership with NYSBC's Proteomics Core will offer the scientific community a distinctive ability to uncover previously unknown protein components within their specific spatial contexts.
This cutting-edge platform enables researchers to identify key protein players under a microscope, providing crucial insights into the role of protein-protein interactions in both normal physiological processes and diseases. This advancement holds great promise for researchers across various disciplines.
