Subathra Ramamoorthy
Subathra Ramamoorthy is an Associate Principal Scientist at Veranova, bringing 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. She has a proven track record of contributing to multiple ANDA and NDA filings across a diverse portfolio, including small molecules, drug substances, and complex generics. An active member of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) and the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA), Subathra is a frequent speaker and author at various scientific forums, contributing her expertise to the advancement of the pharmaceutical sciences.
Vamsi Krishna Munagapati
Mr. Vamsi Krishna Munagapati is a seasoned professional with 23 years of global experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in API and CDMO services. Currently serving as Senior Director at Pharmaron, a leading multinational CRO and CDMO, he has previously held key roles at Dr. Reddy’s, Jubilant Life Sciences, Lupin, and Glenmark. With expertise in manufacturing, technology transfer, scale-up, and operational excellence, Vamsi combines his chemical engineering and business administration background to drive innovation and efficiency. A mentor and industry speaker, he is passionate about advancing pharmaceutical sciences and inspiring future engineers.
Aileen Lai
Aileen Lai holds the position of Vice-Chair, Digital Health, Start-ups & SMEs Committee of Asia Pacific Medical Technology Association (APACMed).As a global executive, Aileen spent most part of her career in Healthcare and Life Science in bringing technology and innovation towards improving care. Her vast experience, extensive domain knowledge and deep understanding of challenges in the healthcare industry contributed to the founding of HealthBeats ® , a global remote vitals monitoring platform.
Siva Kumar Buddha
Siva Kumar Buddha is a medical doctor with an MBA in Leadership and Strategy. He currently serves as the Medical Director, Global Patient Safety, Amgen. Dr. Siva has expertise spans the entire spectrum of pharmacovigilance, from case processing to risk management. He has worked with numerous CROs and pharmaceutical companies, including Viatris and Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a staunch advocate for pharmacovigilance automation, Dr. Siva has spearheaded several automation initiatives, demonstrating his commitment to innovation in drug safety. Dr. Siva is a member of several prestigious organisations, including the ISCR Pharmacovigilance Council, ISoP, and DIA, and he is on the Advisory Board of GAADs.
Victor M. Diaz Perez
Victor completed his PhD. at the University of Seville, before moving to the UK in 1998 to held different positions as a synthetic and medicinal chemist. He started his journey in solid-state research in early 2007 at Pharmorphix (Cambridge, UK), as a Solid State Scientist, and left nearly 10 years later as Site Director, after having led the acquisition of the company by Johnson Matthey. He then moved to Northern Ireland to lead the Physical Sciences team at Almac for a further 5 years. In 2021, he cofounded Solitek (www.solitekpharma.com), a specialized solid state and preclinical development services company based in Spain, where he currently works as Operations Director.
Vivek Ahuja
A physician by education (MD) with training in business administration (MBA) and a seasoned professional he pioneered the introduction of pharmacovigilance as a subject and science in India in the year 2005. With his vision, he established the country’s first global pharmacovigilance unit in the country’s largest pharmaceutical company and scaled up several such organizations in this field in his career spanning 23 years. As the Senior VP of Global Delivery Excellence for Pharmacovigilance, Quality, and Regulatory Solutions, at EVERSANA a leading global organization servicing the pharma industry, he effectively manages diverse customers and drives strategic growth in the area of drugs, biologics, vaccines, and devices. His previous role as Global head of pharmacovigilance at SunPharma showcased his success in overseeing global pharmacovigilance functions, achieving cost savings, and ensuring compliance.

Nigel Cryer FRSC
Nigel has been a senior executive in pharmaceutical, biotech, and logistics, mainly working in global companies, and has over 25 years of experience in technical, managerial, and quality aspects of the life science industry, from APIs, cell cultures, to finished sterile products. He has worked with global companies such as AstraZeneca, MSD (Merck & Co), DHL Lifesciences, Roche, Johnson & Johnson, and Sanofi.
Quang Bui
Quang Bui is currently the Chief Operation Officer for Anda Group, located in Hanoi, Vietnam. Quang has over ten years of experience in the Vietnamese pharmaceutical market and works as an expert consultant for GLG Research, Third Bridge, and VisaSQ, all of which specialise in the registration of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, supplements, and pharmaceutical regulatory affairs in the Vietnam market.
Tamara Miller
Tamara Miller has over 20 years of international clinical operations and product development experience and is currently Principal Consultant, Scendea. As part of the Actinogen team, Tamara oversees and manages the overall product development process and strategy including pre-clinical and clinical development, clinical operations, CMC & manufacturing, regulatory operations, and R&D budget/finance operations
