Aditum Bio and Leads Biolabs Join Forces to Develop New Autoimmune Disease Treatment

Aditum Bio and Leads Biolabs have joined forces to establish Oblenio Bio a novel tri-specific T-cell engager antibody for autoimmune diseases.
LBL-051 is designed to target both CD19 and BCMA, two key proteins involved in autoimmune diseases. By targeting these two proteins simultaneously, LBL-051 aims to achieve a more potent and durable response compared to therapies that target only one protein.
Leads Biolabs, the developer of LBL-051, will grant Oblenio an exclusive option to develop and commercialize the drug. In return, Leads Biolabs will receive significant upfront and milestone payments, as well as royalties on future sales.
Aditum Bio, known for its incubator model, will fund Oblenio Bio and support the rapid development of LBL-051, aiming to bring this innovative therapy to patients as quickly as possible.
