Aegerion Pharmaceuticals Inc Pursuant to amendment standstill period has been deemed terminated as of march 21, 2016.
Co and Sarissa Capital Management entered into an amendment to nomination and standstill agreement.
Sarissa group agreed not to submit any notices nominating directors or proposing business proposals at annual meeting.
