Biocytogen Enters into Agreement with BeOne Medicines to Boost Drug Development

Thursday, July 10, 2025

Biocytogen Pharmaceuticals has entered into a global licensing agreement with BeOne Medicines for the use of multiple fully human antibodies.

The move is aimed at supporting the development of new treatments, particularly in the field of oncology.

The two companies had previously worked together under a licence agreement allowing BeOne Medicines to access Biocytogen’s RenMice® platform, a proprietary system for generating fully human antibodies. This new deal builds on that relationship by expanding the partnership to include direct antibody licensing.

As part of the agreement, Biocytogen will receive an upfront payment. The company is also eligible for milestone payments linked to development, regulatory progress, and commercial success. Additional tiered royalties will be paid based on future net sales of any approved products.

The antibodies involved in this agreement were generated using Biocytogen’s RenMice® technology, which continues to play a key role in advancing antibody discovery for innovative therapies.
