BostonGene Partners with Daiichi Sankyo to Advance ADC Development Using AI Analytics

Wednesday, February 18, 2026

BostonGene has announced a strategic collaboration with Daiichi Sankyo to accelerate drug development through artificial intelligence-driven multimodal analytics.

Under the agreement, BostonGene’s AI platform will be integrated into a core antibody drug conjugate (ADC) development programme at Daiichi Sankyo. The collaboration aims to move beyond traditional exploratory biomarker analysis and instead generate practical insights that support patient selection, development priorities and translational strategy.

BostonGene develops AI-based models focused on tumour and immune biology. Through this partnership, the company will apply its translational analytics capabilities to improve the speed and accuracy of decision-making in oncology drug development

The platform creates digital twin models based on large-scale multiomic and histopathology data from hundreds of thousands of patient profiles. This approach helps identify specific biological signatures and mechanisms linked to treatment response. By distinguishing responders from non-responders, the collaboration aims to define clear molecular subgroups and benchmark the investigational medicine against approved therapies and current standards of care.

The analysis is also expected to support asset differentiation by identifying distinct therapeutic features and biological advantages. In addition, the platform provides insights into resistance pathways and the tumour microenvironment, which may help optimise future clinical trial design and overall clinical positioning.

The partnership reflects a shared focus on improving precision in oncology drug development through advanced data analytics.
