Debiopharm and Oncodesign Services Collaboration to Advance Radiopharmaceutical Research
Friday, April 25, 2025
Debiopharm has entered into a licence agreement with Oncodesign Services, a contract research organisation (CRO) specialising in drug discovery and preclinical development.
AbYlink™ allows for one-step, site-specific conjugation on antibodies without affecting their ability to bind antigens. This method supports consistent and efficient attachment of imaging agents, fluorescent dyes, or therapeutic compounds to antibodies or antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). The approach has been tested across a range of antibody types and payloads, supporting its versatility and reproducibility in research and development settings.
The agreement enables Oncodesign Services to apply Debiopharm’s AbYlink™ technology in its preclinical research services.
AbYlink™ is a regio-selective bioconjugation platform designed to create stable antibody conjugates for both therapeutic and diagnostic purposes. Under this collaboration, Oncodesign Services will use the technology to develop antibody-chelator conjugates for molecular radiotherapy studies.
The work will focus particularly on radioimmunotherapy applications in oncology, with the aim of evaluating treatment strategies in animal models with HER2-positive tumours.
The collaboration is expected to expand access to innovative imaging tools and strengthen the integration of non-invasive imaging techniques in early-stage therapeutic development.
