INCOG BioPharma Announces US$200 Million Expansion at Indiana

Wednesday, December 17, 2025

INCOG BioPharma Services has announced a further expansion of its manufacturing operations with an investment of around US$200 million at its facility in Fishers, Indiana.

The expansion will significantly increase capacity for injectable drug product manufacturing and support long-term growth at the site.

The investment is expected to bring the total workforce at the Fishers campus to nearly 1,000 employees by 2030. The additional roles will cover key areas such as operations, engineering, quality, and administrative functions, strengthening the company’s position within Indiana’s life sciences sector.

Expansion work is planned to begin in early 2026. Once completed, the 21-acre campus will include around 300,000 square feet of purpose-built manufacturing space, establishing the site as a major global hub for injectable biopharmaceutical production.

The project is supported by incentives from the State of Indiana and builds on INCOG BioPharma’s long-standing relationship with the City of Fishers. The expansion aligns with broader efforts to position the region as a centre for life sciences and advanced manufacturing.

Funding from the investment will be used to develop advanced manufacturing infrastructure. This will enhance capabilities across sterile fill and finish operations for injectable products, along with automated inspection, device assembly, labelling, serialisation, and final packaging.

Following completion, the facility is expected to be capable of producing up to 480 million units annually.
