IQVIA and SCRI Partner to Streamline Global Cancer Clinical Trials

IQVIA has entered into a strategic partnership with SCRI Development Innovations.
The collaboration aims to improve the way oncology trials are conducted worldwide, benefiting biopharmaceutical companies and ultimately patients.
By bringing together IQVIA’s extensive global network and data integration capabilities with SCRI’s community oncology expertise, the partnership is expected to streamline trial operations. The collaboration will support faster trial activation, improved patient recruitment, and quicker access to trial data.
Central to this effort is SCRI’s Accelero operational model, which simplifies trial delivery at its U.S. research sites. Accelero links electronic health records with trial data systems, making the clinical trial process more efficient. IQVIA contributes its experience in managing a significant share of oncology trials in the United States, along with its strength in combining data, technology, and analytics.
Together, the organisations aim to remove common barriers in clinical trials and help accelerate the development of innovative cancer treatments.
The joint approach is expected to offer a more effective and unified solution for trial sponsors, supporting the delivery of new therapies to patients at a faster pace.
