Lonza and InduPro Sign Licensing Agreement to Advance Next-Generation ADC Therapies
Tuesday, June 23, 2026
Lonza and InduPro have entered into a licensing agreement to support the development of next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) therapies for cancer treatment.
Under the agreement, Lonza, through one of its affiliated companies, will provide InduPro with a non-exclusive worldwide licence to its proprietary GlycoConnect®, HydraSpace® and linker-payload technologies. These technologies will be used in the development of ADCs targeting up to two oncology antigens, helping to advance more precise cancer treatments.
The collaboration will combine InduPro’s bispecific antibody platform with Lonza’s ADC technologies, including GlycoConnect®, HydraSpace® and SYNtecan E™. By integrating these capabilities, the companies aim to develop differentiated therapies for complex diseases such as cancer, where accurate targeting and treatment effectiveness remain key challenges.
The partnership highlights the complementary strengths of both companies. Lonza will contribute its expertise in bioconjugation technologies and manufacturing, while InduPro will provide its proximity-guided antibody platform for the identification and targeting of disease-specific cell-surface protein pairs.
The companies expect the collaboration to support the development of novel bispecific ADC candidates with improved selectivity and therapeutic potential, particularly for patients with difficult-to-treat tumours.
