Medicovestor and Sanyou Biopharmaceuticals Form Strategic Alliance to Advance Chemoimmunotherapy ADCs
Tuesday, June 10, 2025
Medicovestor has entered into a strategic partnership with Sanyou Biopharmaceuticals.
The collaboration focuses on the development of innovative chemoimmunotherapy antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for cancer and autoimmune diseases.
The partnership, formalised on 6 June, brings together Medicovestor’s proprietary ADC platforms—ADoBind, a dimeric antibody format, and ADoTope, a dual-epitope targeting technology—with Sanyou’s advanced AI-STAL (Artificial Intelligence-enabled Super Trillion Antibody Library) platform. This combination is expected to accelerate the discovery and development of first-in-class ADCs that integrate chemotherapy with immunotherapy mechanisms.
Medicovestor’s platforms are designed to enhance treatment effectiveness at lower doses and allow for combination therapies. Its lead programme, targeting pancreatic cancer, is currently in the IND-enabling phase and has been submitted for Orphan Drug Designation with the U.S. FDA. The company holds eleven granted patents and three pending applications, reinforcing its position in the competitive ADC landscape.
Through this collaboration, the two companies will jointly carry out research, share technology, and co-develop selected candidates.
