Scipher Medicine has entered into a strategic collaboration with Maxymune Therapeutics.
The partnership will focus on accelerating target discovery in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
As part of the agreement, Scipher will provide Maxymune with access to its hosted platform, which offers advanced target ranking and engagement optimisation services. This includes customised reports that match Maxymune’s protein targets with Scipher’s multi-omics disease models. Scipher’s technology, which has been validated across more than 25 disease areas, helps determine whether a target is worth pursuing or should be deprioritised.
The collaboration combines Scipher’s network-based and AI capabilities with Maxymune’s expertise in biological research. The aim is to enhance early-stage drug discovery, reduce development risks, and speed up the identification of effective therapeutic targets.
This partnership highlights the growing importance of data-driven approaches in improving the success rates of clinical programmes through better indication prioritisation and target validation.
