Stipple Bio Signs Licensing Agreement with Lonza for Precision Oncology ADC Development

Friday, June 05, 2026

Stipple Bio has entered a multi-target licensing agreement with Lonza to support the development of next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) therapies for cancer treatment.

Under the agreement, Stipple Bio will use its Pointillist Platform to identify tumour-specific cell surface epitopes that can help create targeted therapies with reduced on-target and off-tumour toxicity. The company will receive target-specific access to Lonza’s ADC technology platform to support the development of potential first-in-class and best-in-class ADC candidates, including its lead programme, STP-100.

The collaboration combines Stipple Bio’s epitope discovery technology with Lonza’s GlycoConnect® ADC platform, aiming to advance more precise cancer therapies.

The agreement gives Stipple Bio access to Lonza’s clinically validated ADC technologies, including the GlycoConnect® antibody conjugation platform, HydraSpace® polar spacer technology, and toxSYN® linker-payload technology.

Under the terms of the deal, Lonza will be eligible for upfront payments, as well as clinical, regulatory and commercial milestone payments, in addition to royalties on future product sales.

Lonza will manufacture components linked to its proprietary technologies, while Stipple Bio will be responsible for the research, development, manufacturing and commercialisation of the ADC products developed through the partnership.
