WuXi Biologics Enters into Partnership with Sinorda Biomedicine for Bispecific Antibody Development

WuXi Biologics and Sinorda Biomedicine have entered into a strategic collaboration to support the development and manufacturing of SND006, an innovative bispecific antibody being developed for inflammatory bowel disease and other autoimmune conditions.
Through this agreement, Sinorda Biomedicine will use WuXi Biologics’ expertise and manufacturing capabilities in biologics to advance preclinical pharmacology studies and support clinical material production. The collaboration is expected to help speed up the Investigational New Drug application process.
SND006 is a bispecific antibody independently developed by Sinorda Biomedicine, which holds global rights to the programme. The company has completed in-vitro functional studies and plans to submit IND applications to regulatory authorities in China and the United States in 2026.
The partnership may also expand in the future to include additional projects from Sinorda Biomedicine’s pipeline, covering stages from early molecule discovery to clinical manufacturing.
WuXi Biologics brings experience from numerous bispecific and multispecific antibody programmes, an area that continues to grow rapidly within its biologics portfolio. The collaboration aims to combine integrated technology platforms with end-to-end development and manufacturing services to support the progress of innovative biologics.
