Nanopore sequencing is the only technology that lets you directly sequence native RNA without amplification or conversion to cDNA — for the accurate and unbiased analysis you need to discover, develop, and QC the next generation of life-saving drugs.
With Oxford Nanopore sequencing, isoforms can be resolved in full and poly-A tail lengths accurately estimated, and comprehensive quality analysis across the mRNA vaccine development process.
During this webinar, Lin Yang from Oxford Nanopore applications team will introduce how direct RNA sequencing works, from library preparation to data analysis, with workflows and worked examples. Helen Gunter from The University of Queensland will introduce how to use Oxford Nanopore sequencing to trace the lifecycle of an mRNA vaccine, providing quality data from throughout the manufacturing process and insight into its mode of action within the cell.
