The new state-of-the-art facility which covers an area of 64,000 square feet is is designed for large-scale clinical and commercial GMP production and global distribution of radiotherapy agents. Radiotherapy is an innovative, rapidly growing class of drugs for the treatment of cancer patients.
Its features include clean rooms and laboratories that support more than 18 production lines, as well as space for large-scale commercial production.
The new facility will increase the current capacity to more than 10 times, thereby to expand clinical and commercial operations to meet the needs of the rapidly expanding radiopharmaceutical market.
This new facility will beome home to meet clinical and commercial radiotherapy needs, resulting in much-needed treatment for patients.
The construction of the state-of-the-art facility is expected to be commissioned in 2024.
