INCOG BioPharma Expands its Manufacturing Facilities in USA

INCOG BioPharma Services plans to expand its second building, enhanced manufacturing capabilities in USA.

The expansion includes the construction of a second 100,000-square-foot facility on its campus, scheduled to break ground in August.
The new filling line, which complements the existing multi-use filling line, will increase the site's filling capacity to 140 million units per year. Automated visual inspection and autoinjector assembly capabilities are already operational, with the additional syringe filling capacity expected to come online in Q2 2025.
This new building will enhance ability to provide comprehensive, end-to-end solutions, from filling to device assembly and final packaging, thereby streamlining processes and simplifying supply chain solutions.
This expansion will significantly boost commercial-scale device assembly capacity, supporting autoinjectors, pens, wearable injectors, and syringe accessorising, while also introducing new labelling and final packaging capabilities.
This project involves the continued commissioning and installation of an additional high-speed syringe and cartridge filling line, as well as automated visual inspection equipment.
The expansion is also expected to create over 100 additional high-paying jobs.
