PharmaForce to Invest US$145 million in Expanding Two of its Ohio Facilities

Introduction:

PharmaForce plans to expand two of its existing facilities in Ohio with approximately US$145 million.

Features:

PharmaForce will add approximately 140,000 square feet to its New Albany facility to build out its manufacturing and warehouse operations.

The company will also add 1800 ft2 to the Hilliard site, with plans to invest in new production equipment and supporting infrastructure.

The remodeling and construction of these facilities to be initiated in the year 2018 and will generate 80 new jobs. Hiring for mechanical, sterile, packaging, quality assurance and validation will begin in Q1 &  in late 2018 for both the New Albany and Hilliard facilities respectively.

This  investment is a part of the Columbus 2020 regional growth strategy, which also includes a  US$25.4 million investment in the  raw material plant at  Heath, Ohio.
