Renaissance Lakewood expands the capabilities of quality control spray/particulate laboratory, along with significant upgrades to their analytical and formulation research and development laboratories in New Jersey, USA

The facilities upgrade commenced in 2021 and primarily involving relocation of the the existing laboratories from different areas within the Renaissance campus to a recently completed science building and office space spanning 31,000 square feet at 1220 Paco Way.
The multi-million-dollar investment in cutting-edge technology and equipment forms an integral component of comprehensive renovation and expansion plan for the main Renaissance campus.
These new cutting-edge laboratory spaces has equipped with the essential tools and infrastructure to make a substantial impact on product development and research initiatives.
The new quality control laboratory includes a separate room compliant with the drug enforcement administration (DEA) regulations, specially designated for the housing of cages.
Furthermore, to enhance efficiency and streamline processes, the facility boasts a segregated sample drop-off area, a dedicated glassware washroom, and an isolated dark room optimised for conducting light-sensitive analyses.
This project will result in the construction of a total of four new buildings, with the entire endeavour anticipated to be completed by the first quarter of 2024.
