Introduction:
Renaissance Lakewood, LLC opens new main campus footprint in Ocean County, NJ. The new campus will focus on the future growth of top-of the-line nasal and injectable products, R&D services, and packaging.
Features:
The project is designed with a total area covering 370,000 square feet which includes construction of two new buildings. The construction features a science building, GMP warehuse and rennovation of headquarters building at Lakewood.
The new Science Building will be designed with 31,000-sf . This building will serve as a future home to all the R&D & Quality Assurance labs. In addition, it also inludes a new state-of-the-art spray lab being one of the largest in the world.
The GMP warehouse laid with an area 81,000 sq.-ft will serve as the primary client engagement and administrative hub for the company. The companies headquaters will also be redeisgned as part of the project.
The new building is expected to be ready by Q1 2022.
