It will serve as a hub for clinical and medical operations, providing a dedicated space for the commercialisation teams. Moreover, the facility will feature cutting-edge wet laboratories, specifically tailored to support and advance ongoing infectious disease programmes.
The new four-storey structure is designed to complement the existing facility, facilitating seamless collaboration between different departments and streamlining the workflow across research and manufacturing functions.
This facility is expanding its existing campus to accommodate the cutting-edge infrastructure required for advanced research activities. The new facility will provide essential infrastructure to facilitate the commercialisation plans for the rheumatology programme.
To preserve the natural woodlands on the expansive 48-acre campus, a subterranean parking garage is currently under construction. This eco-conscious approach aims to minimise the physical footprint and ecological impact of the new structure.
The site preparation, with groundwork scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2024.
