ChargePoint Technology launches first-of-its-kind intelligent monitoring platform namely VERIFI which helps in tracking the most critical data of numerous valve installations. This will send alerts directly to H&S, maintenance and compliance teams to reduce unplanned maintenance downtime.
The VERIFI comprises an open/close handle which can be connected directly to ChargePoint valve for continuous recording of a usage data. It alerts the operator regarding possible damages that would occur to the seals.
VERIFI is also equipped with an LED screen and a data dashboard that displays the current temperature of the active unit, the number of rotations and the seals time elapse.
The data collected by VERIFI can be synchronised wirelessly to the VERIFI portal.
The data displayed on the dashboard help the maintenance team to proactively manage their maintenance programmes.
This intuitive platform automatically understands the health status of the transfer device in order to control and maintain industrial hygiene and quality.
The VERIFI is powered with 3.6V, Lithium Thionyl Chloride Batteries and the design life is up to five years. The device is not suitable for immersion in liquids.
The materials used in the manufacturing of VERIFI include 304 Stainless steel, Polycarbonate. Polyester, Polyurethane Resin and Acetal Copolymer (POM). The device displays languages such as English and other German languages like Deutsch, Italian and French.
The smart monitoring device is fully encrypted both on the web (256-bit SSL encryption via https) and hub (AES 128 bit payload encryption).
With the help of VERIFI, the plant efficiency and safety can increase drastically. The device is simple to use, easy to integrate.
