The event attracted more than 50 representatives from Singapore, offering them an exclusive opportunity to explore GenScript's advanced gene and protein production facility. One of the highlights of the event was the introduction of GenScript's latest AI innovations. Among them is GenSmart™ Codon Optimization (Patent Number: WO2020024917A1), an online tool designed to improve gene sequence design for better expression in both prokaryotic and mammalian systems. It covers over 50 host organisms and employs a unique algorithm inspired by Population Immune Algorithm, analyzing over 200 gene expression factors. This tool customizes gene optimization to increase the likelihood of producing functional proteins, delivering yields up to 10 times higher compared to similar tools.
GenScript is also developing other AI-driven tools, such as the enzyme engineering platform - Al-deZyme, and the antibody AI platform.
