Berkshire Sterile Manufacturing plans to add an additional lyophiliser to their infrastructure in USA.
Features:
The lyophilisation capacity doubles from 35,000 10R vials to 70,000 10R vials, and aims to address the critical need for its clients and ensure seamless accommodation of their requirements.
The new lyophiliser will be leveraging the resources from the infrastructure that was added in 2021, which indicates a strategic approach to optimising their existing capabilities.
Furthermore, by incorporating the same automated loading and unloading systems as their current lyophiliser, aims to build on lessons learnt from their existing operations, thereby streamlining their processes and ensuring efficiency.
It is anticipated that the lyophilisation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practise) will be adding newly lyophiliser by the fourth quarter of 2025.
