Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporation has announced major investment plan in Lexington County, where it is headquartered, with an investment of US$215 million.

An investment of more than US$215 million includes an addition of new office, warehouse and vaccine production space in the county’s Saxe-Gotha Industrial Park.
The new project will be an addition to Nephron’s existing US$313 million investment which has generated more than 1,800 full and part time jobs over a five-year period.
This investment also includes building warehouse and vaccine production space, creating 380 new full-time jobs. The company expects the facility to be operational in 2024.
