MagBio Genomics announces the launch of its new cfKapture 21 kit. cfKapture 21 kit is said to be a novel solution for isolation of circulating Cell-Free DNA (ccfDNA) from stabilized plasma sample.
cfKapture 21 system is a ccfDNA isolation kit which includes a proprietary reagent that prevents post-separation degradation of plasma and ccfDNA fragments for up to 21 days at room temperature.
Laboratories can easily and safely transport process samples within a much longer time frame without the requirement for extensive cold chain through this feature. It also reduces cost, enhances efficiency, and also increases outreach for both local and international samples.
cfKapture 21 is the only kit on the market able to provide this level of flexibility for processing plasma samples in a high throughput setting.
It is compatible with any whole blood collection tube. In addition, it can be used in combination with the MagBio Blood STASIS 21-ccfDNA tube to ensure recovery of the maximum quality ccfDNA appropriate for most liquid biopsy applications.
