Entrusted with the mandate of augmenting and monetising the company’s intellectual property wealth and driving key tactical initiatives, Saransh Chaudhary joined Venus Remedies in 2016 as Strategic Board Advisor after completing his undergraduate degree in Accounting & Finance from Cass Business School, London. Two years later, he assumed charge as President of the company’s Global Critical Care division and CEO of Venus Medicine Research Centre (VMRC), its R&D wing. In these roles, he translates priorities into actionable strategies.

Anuradha Singh is an Assistant professor at the Department of Chemistry,    S Khanna Girls’ Degree College, University of Allahabad. She is well versed in synthetic chemistry, computer-aided drug design and other techniques used in the field of medicinal chemistry. Dr Singh has published more than 30 research papers/book chapters, in addition to several articles, in journals/books of national and international repute. She has been selected for the prestigious Indian National Science Academy's Visiting Scientist fellowship in 2023. She is a member of several national bodies and referee to various national/ international journals. She successfully led research projects funded by DST and UGC, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills.

Amol Shinde is Assistant Manager in Department of Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance at Unichem Laboratories Ltd., India with approx. 7 years of working experience in various corporate of pharma industries. He has published 4 papers in international and national journals.

Amisha Raikar is a highly motivated individual with a strong educational background in the field of pharmaceutics. She completed her Bachelor of Pharmacy (B-Pharm) from Goa University in 2022, which laid the foundation for her journey into the pharmaceutical industry. Building upon her undergraduate degree, Amisha decided to pursue Master of Pharmacy (M-Pharm) in pharmaceutical science and formulation development. Recognising the importance of expanding her skill set beyond the technical aspects of pharmaceuticals, she embarked on a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business Management from the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). Amisha's passion for learning and her desire to contribute to the field of pharmaceuticals has fueled her interest in pursuing a Ph.D. With her strong educational background, practical experience, and an eagerness to pursue further studies, Amisha Raikar is poised to make significant contributions to the field of pharmaceuticals through her future endeavours, such as a Ph.D. program.
